How to Avoid Forex Money Trading Get Rich Scam, About Forex Scams

There are hundreds of companies and scammers offering a sure fire way to get rich trading currencies on Forex. Here is what to look out for and avoid a scam.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

Start by asking yourself if the Forex trading plan you are being offered is too good to be true. Some promise huge returns and downplay the risk. The first step in avoiding Forex money making scams is to recognize that currency trading is a bit of a gamble, not an investment. If you use your U.S. dollars to buy, say the Iraqi Dinar, you are taking a gamble. The same goes for even the most solid of currencies since unforeseen events can send it tumbling. Even the smallest news can swing the currency one way or another.
If the advertisement for a "kit" that will get you started sounds too good to be true, it probably is. There is no way to get rich easy trading currency.

  2. Step 2

Be prepared to lose money and don't invest your life's savings in Forex trading. Many companies offer computer software and how-to books on Forex trading that promise to help you beat the system and predict with accuracy which way a currency will go. Thousands of people have lost not only the money these programs cost but the money they used to buy foreign currencies.
Think about this. If it were possible, using computer programs, to predict which way the currency of a nation would go, then then large corporations and even governments would be in the ball game. The truth is no large corporations or governments are earning a significant amount of their revenue from buying and selling currencies.

  3. Step 3

Recognize that if it were easy and guaranteed, everybody would be getting rich off of Forex trading, including governments which have more inside knowledge than you do about other currencies. If it were that easy what would stop a country with sophisticated supercomputers, spies and inside information from becoming the most wealthy country on earth because it had perfected buying and selling foreign currencies? You can can conclude that it is impossible for an individual with a computer and a fancy looking program to predict which way a currency will go with any real measure of accuracy. Beware of these scams and don't quit your day job to Forex trade.

  4. Step 4

Keep in mind that Forex trading can be a fun hobby or money maker in some instances. Buying and selling currencies can be a fun hobby that can occasionally make you money. Like playing blackjack or roulette it is a gamble though and if you keep that in mind and avoid so called "systems" that promise to make you rich trading currencies you will avoid losing your hard earned money

Tips & Warnings
  • Trading money on Forex can be profitable but it is almost always a gamble.
  • Avoid any product or system that is advertised to give you the edge and make you rich. They don't work because none of them are sophisticated enough to take into account all of the variables that affect the value of a currency.
